"Timeliness, Professionalism and Problem Resolution! Freeman is awesome! He was early, explained to me the process, very polite and even wiped his feet before entering! He explained to me what the problem was and fixed it soon after. He then went back up to double check his work. I was able to notice the difference immediately. Freeman also gave me some input in order to maximize cooling efficiency. 5 stars all day!
